Required Materials for 3D Visualization and Animation
To begin work, we recommend providing the most complete and up-to-date set of project documentation available: — site master plan (AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit); — building and floor plans (AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit); — building elevations (AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit); — roof plan (AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit); — lighting plan with equipment specifications (AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit); — specifications for finishing materials, railings, windows, doors and architectural details; — landscape plan with specifications for materials, equipment and furniture, including access roads, pedestrian paths, small architectural elements, pool areas, outdoor furniture, fencing, decorative elements, art installations and lighting (AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit); — architectural 3D model, if available (3ds Max, Archicad, Revit).
If the project is still in development
In practice, visual materials are often required before the architectural design has been fully completed — for example, when presentation materials or sales content need to be prepared at an early stage. If some of the required technical documentation is not yet available, our specialists can review the existing materials and, where necessary, develop the project to the level required for the production of high-quality visual content. The scope of any additional development is determined after reviewing the available project materials and is agreed separately.
